Electronic universal testing machine - Test Method for tensile shear strength of rubber to metal bonding
1. Test equipment
1 the selection of electronic universal testing machine should comply with the relevant standards of rubber plastic tensile testing machine.
2 the electronic tensile testing machine should be equipped with the self aligning device after the sample is loaded, so that the direction of loading force is consistent with the centerline of the sample.
3 the gauge accuracy of measuring the length and width of the adhesive surface is not less than 0.05mm.
4 the fixture for preparing the specimen shall ensure that the adhesive specimens conform to the requirements of the fifth chapter.
Two. Sample
1 the specimen shall be in accordance with the shape and size of Figure 1. The adhesive length of the sample is 12.5 0.5mm. The length of the metal piece is 100 0.2mm, the width is 25 0.2mm, and the thickness is 2 0.lmm. The length of the rubber sheet is 12.5.5mm, the width is 25 0.2mm, and the thickness is 2 0.1mm. The fluctuation of the thickness of the rubber in the same sample does not exceed 0.1mm.
2 recommended LY 12-CZ alloy aluminum, 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, 45 carbon steel, T2 copper and other metal materials, also can use other metal materials as required.
3 the number of conventional test samples should not be less than 5, and the number of arbitral test samples should not be less than 10.
Three. Test steps
1 measure the length and width of the bonding surface of the specimen with the measuring tool to 0.05mm accurately.
2 the sample is sandwiched in the upper and lower clamping apparatus of the electronic tensile test machine, and the universal material testing machine is used to load the clamp at the speed of (50. 5) mm/min until the bonding of the rubber and metal is completely destroyed. The maximum load and the failure type of the adhesive surface were recorded.
